Please pray . . .
USA - Bro. Smith: "“Where do I start??? Pray for Brent please. We started on a journey last Wednesday of him breaking out in hives while we were in a conference in KY. He had no breathing issues so he would not go to the dr. Benadryl was keeping them at bay until it would wear off. He finally decided to go get checked on Sunday. Still no breathing issues, pain, or itchiness. They discovered his BP and heart rate were VERY high! They did an EKG and recommended he go to the ER...they believe he had a mild heart attack sometime within the last week. Did a heart cath today and it showed no blockages and the heart is working well. Waiting now to see what the next Dr. will recommend. Thank you for your prayers on our behalf. I will try to update as I can.” Please continue praying for Bro. Brent, his wife Mandy and the family. Hopefully, he will come home today." 08/13/19
Update: “We are home! ♥️ It turns out that he did NOT have a heart attack after all. They believe because of how fast his heart rate was and how high his BP was that his heart was just working so hard that some of the enzyme that was measuring high was leaking out. He had a heart cath yesterday and there was no blockage, no damage, and the vessels are all good too! He is now on medication for the BP/heart, cholesterol, and an aspirin a day. We did find out he is allergic to the contrast dye they used for CT scan...the hives he had (for whatever reason) got so much worse after that. I took pics and showed them to the dr today. He said, “Let’s add that to his allergy list.” We so appreciate all the great doctors and nurses we had and thank God for each of you for your comments and prayers!!!! God is so good to us even though we don’t deserve it. 😘♥️”
Colombia - Bro. Corrales: “Please keep praying for me. Because of my back pain which is already so strong that it is preventing me to do all the daily chores. I had have 3 days of intense pain. Philippines - Sister Imee Livioco - “Going slow... we have no health insurance but we have doctor friends who attends to us for free... but we need to pay for hospital tests n labs... we spent money when I was rushed to the ER last Tuesday... so I signed a waiver to go home and monitor my heart rate n blood pressure since cost at the Telemetry where they will observe me is expensive in a daily basis and they want me to stay for at least 2 days. My cardiologist is arriving on Thursday and that is when I will be asked to have tests done... Praying that the doctor will find the best way to manage my Supra-ventricular Tachycardia ... and pray for our medical needs.” 07/16/19
Update: “PRAY for Imee Livioco... after her high heart rate and low blood pressure episode about a month ago... she is now placed on some medications and will be evaluated with more tests ... possible pace maker if her heart rate will not be controlled is being considered...Pray that the new medications will resolve some heart issues without the use of pace maker considering its cost and her severe anesthesia allergic reactions...” 08/13/19
