From the center of Hanover (known as “Center Square”), follow PA Route 116 East in the direction of York. This street is York Street. Continue to Spring Ave. and turn right. IPM is on the right at 100 Spring Ave. (a very short street that dead ends at the Hanover Horse Fairgrounds).
